In October, I went on a self-imposed hiatus, needing a break and change from the 80-hour week of the self-employed in the food industry.
After three months spent travelling to Mexico, South America and French Polynesia, I arrived back inspired and rested…and spent the first three days home in the kitchen, cooking. Now that's what I call a sign, friends.
While away, I read dozens of books on food, wellness, cooking, philosophy, spirituality, and health. I'm rediscovering my passion and with it, a fun and interactive way of sharing it. I'm building a new web site with recipes and articles, yes, and a whole lot more.
I plan to launch in the spring and am really excited to share it with you. If you're already on my emailing list, you'll be among the first to get a sneak peek. If you're not, you can sign up by clicking the button to the right.
In the meantime, I'm still booking a few private cooking classes and small parties each month, so feel free to get in touch. My schedule of classes will be posted when the new web site launches, so if you'd like to be among the first to register and aren't already on my email list, you can get notified by clicking the link to the right.
Until then, happy cooking and remember - who says you can't play with your food!
Food is a coming together,
of ingredients to shape a delicious meal,
and family and friends to prepare and share it.
