This 8-week series of classes will walk you through the essential shapes of yoga, as well as introduce you to using breath to help pace the classes. This is a general yoga class open to anyone who has sufficient comfort with movement and the ability to get down onto the floor and up again. The pace of the class is gentle with lots of encouragement and instruction.
