    Edmonton Home & Interior Design Show

    Allium Foodworks has been invited to present two cooking stages at the Edmonton Home & Interior Design Show on October 2nd at 3:00 pm and 5:00 pm.  Sponsored by the Turkey Producers, Elaine will be making a Thai Cashew Turkey Stirfry – delicious!  If you’re at the Home Show, stop by and check out the cooking stage – there will be different chefs at different times on both Friday and Saturday.

    19th Annual Chili Cook-Off

    I’ve been invited to once again judge the 19th Annual Downtown Business Association’s Chili Cook-Off.  This is my third year and I really look forward each year to sampling all the different chilis from the various participating Downtown businesses and organizations.  It’s a delicious event that raises funds for the Alberta Council of Women’s Shelters.  Come on down November 6th between 11:30 and 2:00 pm to sample some of the best chili in town!

    17th Annual Chili Cook-Off – Edmonton Downtown Business Association

    On November 2, 2007, I was invited to be part of the panel judging the Edmonton Downtown Business Association’s Annual Chili Cook-Off held in Scotia Place in Downtown Edmonton.  As part of the Rodeo Week festivities, it was a delicious event that raised more than $5300 for the Zebra Child Protection Centre. .
