Gentle Yoga is a mindfully-paced class focused on modifying postures to your body, and breath work to build strength, endurance, balance, flexibility, and stamina. This class is suitable for all levels, even those new to yoga or if you’ve been away a long time. All bodies are welcome. No competition, judgement, or expectations – we all do the best we can where we’re at.
Important Note: If you are new to Yoga at the Beverley but not new to yoga, you will still need to complete a PAR-Q health questionnaire and a Student Waiver prior to participation. Please click here to get the forms.
