Yoga at the Beverley – Gentle Hatha Yoga

Gentle Hatha is a mindfully-paced class focused on shape, alignment, and breath to build strength, endurance, flexibility, and stamina.  This class is suitable for all levels except those new to yoga.

Until the end of December, we will experiment with drop-in and see how that works for us. Classes are free December and January, until my certification is complete, then it’s $10 thereafter.
