Gentle Yoga is a mindfully-paced class focused on shape, alignment, and breath to build strength, endurance, flexibility, and stamina. This class is suitable for all levels except those new to yoga.
Important Note: If you are new to Yoga at the Beverley but not new to yoga, you will still need to complete a PAR-Q health questionnaire and a Student Waiver prior to participation. Please click here to get the forms.

All yoga classes are free. Elaine is donating her time to teach owners at The Beverley. If you feel the classes are of value, please donate to Yoga Outreach, a BC non-profit that trains teachers in trauma-informed yoga to be taught to marginalized and at-risk populations.
